Feels a bit cheap, but does what it's supposed to. The pad is one of those sticky silicone pads that you can was with some warm water and reuse. I cleaned the tile in the shower with some dish soap to remove any soap scum before sticking it one. It hasn't fallen off yet with my all-metal handheld showerhead.

It’s doing quite well so far, we have it lower in the tub for washing dirty canines in the tub to keep it handy. Easy install and holding on so far

Works better on some surfaces compared to others.
