I have a 43" LG tv that weighs 23lbs. The arm of the mount tilts downwards slightly, but it still supports the weight of the tv. The Tv is perfectly level when the arm is not extended, but the tv tilts about 15 degrees sideways when extended, which makes me wonder if I received a defective product. I've had it for two weeks and nothing bad has happened, but I do wish that the tv wasn't crooked when I extend the arm. Regardless, it's a great price for a tv mount!
