Feels like a high quality product right out of the box. Heavy duty construction, well designed and cuts the paper very effectively. I like to dual power switches and the separate catch tray for the CD's and credit cards is very convenient. Once again a good quality Moustach product to match much more expensive brand name equivalents.

I needed one more powerful for shredding and this one does it very well and also for the card shredding, just like butter. But I refrain to use it at maximum capability. I broke one trying to get out of a jam and I sheared the shaft of another, both less powerful used at their maximum capability.

I ordered this shredder on the 18 of August. I got in the 29 , and was broken. Called the customer service. They asked me to send them pictures. I did and waiting for an answer. This is the 3th time I get issues with products from shopper+ wrong Toner, Open used toner and this shredder broken.

works well, and quieter than my last shredder. The only problem is the plastic compartment to collect the shredded credit card/ CD disc is cracked when received.

Powerful shredder. Overheat warning light is a good add-on. Mount for CD shred receptacle takes up unnecessary space in main container; could instead be mounted on bottom of shredder unit itself.

Works great and meets my needs.
