I think if you can get this installed without any internal blockage it's probably a very nice product. Luckily Shopper+ is good with returns.

The cartridge Mixer Ceramic Valve broke, and I Called Living.ca for help with where I might buy a valve, they have no parts only a 1-year warranty, I kept looking and on eBay, I think I might have found a replacement part. It could take a long time to receive it from China, but I will give a new review once I know if it will work in my faucet. fingers crossed.

Installed this popup drain last weekend and was impressed with the solid chrome plated brass material it is made of. I however noticed a slight wobble of the inside tube as I tightened down the basin nut onto the sink drain. I snugged the nut as tight as I dared to on a porcelain sink and ran three tests upon completion. first was a full sink of warm water. Stopper held and when released allowed a full drain. No leaks observed. Next test running hot water. No leaks observed. Final test, running cold water. a small leak observed from the inner tube area. Just a drip or two but non the less a leak. I haven't investigated as to why it leaks but I do attribute it to that little wobble I noticed as I tightened up the basin nut from below. Hopefully its not a design fault. Cold water temperature was around 43°F ( 6°C).

Great product. But lately the delivery guy doesn’t ring the doorbell and just leaves it in front of the door and takes a picture with is mobile. I leave on the ground floor, not in an apartment building. On a busy street, i really don’t feel like getting my stuff stolen. Please delivery guy, ring the doorbell next time. And btw I have a camera doorbell, that’s how I know he didn’t ring the doorbell.

From the photo I thought this was an exact replacement BUT it is much smaller in height. Wish I had measured . Functions well. Easy install. BUT I will be replacing soon with not 15" high but 22" high.

I got this faucet at 49.99$ Its a good product, I wanted to buy a second one but the price is never the same! Once it was at 69.99$ another time 79.99$ and now it’s at 91.99$ and it does not include the 3 hole sink plate! For 91.99$ its nothing special, plus we don’t know anything about warranties. Sorry to say that but for the same price or a bit more, I can get one somewhere else that comes with the plate and warranty.
