The metal peg board is actually quite heavy, so it feels like it will last a while. The clamp part (other than the knob) is also metal. The rectangular and cup container and the "phone" frame are plastic. The other parts are also metal-based.

The quality is as good as the one in the Sweden furniture store. Got two and will buy more!

uses neodymium magnets instead of the crappy black ceramic ones.

I hang all my items up on the pegboard now that I have it. Works perfect and looks great!
