as a free gift I should not have any comment on it but I didn't expect I received an used one. Once I open the brand new package, there's water drops inside the glass bottle which means it's been used.

Worked well for the time it worked. It broke pretty quickly unfortunately. Was using to spray oil on my Blackstone grill. 2 stars instead of one as customer service was good about the refund.

Our second one just broke. The pivot point on the lever arm is poorly designed. It works great until it breaks. Disappointing. I would pay double if they fixed the weak plastic bit.

Okay quality, not great

Dans les premiers temps d'utilisation, j'aurais donné 5 étoiles au produit : il fonctionnait bien, facilement et la distribution d'huile était satisfaisante. Cependant, le produit n'a duré que ~3 mois avant de briser. Les petites pattes sur la gâchette ont fini par céder et ce n'est pas vraiment réparable (photo). C'est très décevant, parce que la base en verre, elle, aurait pu durer toute la vie.
