It cannot hold my 27" screen

The package was broken when arrived and no instruction was provided. I had to call to get one. Then I noticed one of the tabletops has peeling edge and one of the screw hole doesn’t have cap so the screw couldn’t fit in. I again called to get a replacement and was told I will get it within one to two business days. But after four business days, I called again and was told the replacement order was not yet created and should be created soon. But I honestly don’t want to wait anymore and not sure whether there will be any other problems. I have requested a return and hopefully at the very least the refund process will be much smoother.
