Bonjour, nous sommes désolés que l'item est arrivé cassé! Je vous ai envoyé un courriel et j'attends votre réponse!

Sur votre site ,il est indiqué que la protection de cette appareil est de 1500 joules. A la réception je n’ai trouvé aucune indication ni sur l’emballage, ni sur l’appareil du niveau de protection en joules. Après avoir perdu récemment un téléviseur , un micro-ondes et autre problème par surtension , je demeure inconfortable avec vos produits.

faulty product doesn't work looked used to me. the plugs won't stay at one place

Short circuited the first time I tried to use it and now will not work. Dollarama outlet has no problems running the same type of appliances !

Exactly 1 year later this surge protector has stopped working. Now it will not power anything, let alone power and protect. E-waste of money. Update: Contacted primecables support and they told me the warranty is 1 year. So I'm SOL. Don't buy this landfill bound junk.
