I purchased 2 of these little fans. They are USB charged so I do not think they need to adhere to Canadian electrical regulation. There is no electrical ESA information on the device, which is likely due to it being a USB device and it does not plug in itself. The charge does not hold on 1 of them anymore after 2 months. They are whisper quiet, usually, one of them makes a clicking sound that is slight but annoying ( I always wear my headphones when I am using it). Otherwise, remote rechargeable fans that you can take to the beach if you want?! I take them on flights and use them to keep myself cool.
