This is physically bigger than I thought it would be. I think there are two 18650 cells inside. They do tend to rattle around, but that should be ok as long as it isn't shaken too aggressively. On first charge, the capacity seems to be quite high and likely what they advertise. Also, it charges very fast. My readings had it at 20W, so pretty much as advertised. Note: As usual, capacity is lower when charging faster.

Great power bank, fast charge works as it should and decent build quality too! Love the look of the thing. Get lots of questions about it at work, it's definitely an eye catcher. The "percentage left" counter is super neat and accurate. Just an all around good product.

Same issue as the other reviewer. It seems like the battery cells are loose so when I jiggle the battery bank, something inside is moving around. I brought this up with customer service and they sent me another unit, which has the same problem. Seems like Shopper+ got a bad batch from the OEM factory. But other than that, it charges quick and the transparent design with the LED display is pretty cool.

Used it a few times. It gets to about 30% and immediately discharged every time. It's great until then. Not sure if it's an issue with the product manufacturing or something else.

Worked reasonable well. Was dropped from chest height onto carpeted floor. Now it rattles around inside and does not charge. While the open box is a cute idea I think the reality is that it is poorly made.

It seemed like a nice power bank but unfortunately after using it 3 times the charge gets depleted seemingly randomly. It would be fine charging my phone displaying 90% charge left and then all of a sudden go down to zero. Not reliable
