      Sort of loud, but I guess that's to be excepted. Be careful of the outlet it's plugged into too. It jumped my breaker.

          It definately can heat up a small room our livingroom is 16 ft long and could feel the heat all the way across from it. the only complaint it isnt as quiet as i thought itmight be but when its 14 feet away from you its not so noticable
