it works shockingly well even with my old usb 2.0 adapter. i bought it recently for a roadtrip and it not only kept my phone's Bluetooth working but also added a decent amount of charge over the course of the drive. i honestly have no complaints. i used the vent holder and not the dashboard suction and it kept the phone firmly in place. I'm pleased with this purchase.

It charges our phones rapidly, the grip is quite good on the phone. I think they should include a disc for glueing into the dash, as the beveled texture of the dash prevents the suction cup from working as illustrated. I knew that going in though, having sold GPS units in days gone by.

Pretty cool, having some difficulty when I switched to a slightly thicker phone case because it can’t charge through it, flickers on and off but still closes in. Kind of confusing

Works well. holds well. only complaint. there is no residual power. meaning that as soon as you shut off car, there is no power left to the unit so you have to "yank" the phone on the charger.
