Loved the look, sturdy chair but still lightweight so easy to transport up and down the stairs from my dining room "home office", but unfortunately not very comfortable. The seat cushion is fine but the lumbar support on the backrest is rigid (hard, not pliable plastic) and cannot be adjusted up or down, so it was digging into my sacrum and not positioned properly in the small of my back. Also, the arm rests are too low and not adjustable. Wanted to love it but had to return. Great price and excellent customer service from 123Ink.ca - very quick and helpful responses when I contacted them for troubleshooting and then return.

Goof for its vale. It is little smaller in size then regular office chairs. Easy to assemble.

The seat is a bit hard, the handrest is a bit short, and it doesn’t look very sturdy. I hope it’s sturdy and durable.
