Desk-Mounted Heavy-Duty Gas Spring Monitor Arm for 17"-49" Screen - PrimeCables®
Purchased this monitor arm as an alternative to the Ergotron HX or the Vivo brands. The arm was used to mount a 49" Samsung G9 Neo and same size S9 monitor. Both monitors weight approx 26lbs without the stand. To my surprise this monitor arm performed as it's name suggested where many others we tried failed at the tilt portion connecting to the vesa plate. With only 4 spring coils I was sure it would give out but once tightened, it held up well. My advice for others is to pre adjust the mount before assembly by tightening the elbow and the tilt face to support max weight first. Then loosen as you adjust the arm into the final position. I do recommend this and well worth the chance at $50 vs $500 for an Ergotron or $150 for the Vivo. This would be 5 stars easily if the tilt face had a thicker spring or more coils but it works nonetheless.

very nice and sturdy overall for the price. no probably holding up a heavier 4k monitor. still notice that it wobbles a bit
Purchased two of these for the 49" Samsung G9 Neo and another for the 49" S9 monitor. I was skeptical at first only the Ergotron HX and Vivo arms would manage these large monitors but this Prime Cables proved me wrong. This cost a small fraction of those other arms so as you'll notice. There are many arms that could hold up the G9/S9 monitor's weight at the elbow but the majority will fail where the monitor mounts to the tilt head. This is the main problem that most overlook when only concentrating on the overall weight itself. My recommendation after doing this a few times is to make adjustments before you assembly the unit. Pre tighten the elbow and the tilt head to make your life easier. This eliminates the need to hold up the unit while trying to crank the allan key simultaneously. The monitor then clips into the vesa plate and holds itself upwards. From there you can adjust the tilt head downward to straighten the face out. You may need perform some fine adjustments but that's the easy part once the unit is supported.
