I really wanted to like this. On the surface, it's a great system, but it heavily depends on where you mount it and what bags you use to line it with. You only get 1 set of sticky hooks and there is no indicator that YOU ONLY HAVE 1 CHANCE TO MOUNT IT RIGHT. So please - measure & plan accordingly before you mount the sticky hooks because they cannot be removed and it does not look like a replacement can we ordered. I got lucky that eyeballed it ok, but it's not great, and I can't re-do it now, so the bin is stuck in an awkward spot now. Unless you plan on using plastic liners, the cardboard ones don't really work with the orange bag holder arm things and it's a pain to keep the liner open inside or take it out when it's full. Also, the arm-raising button broke immediately so the whole thing is a bit of a write-off for me. Still works though. 3/10

I was really impressed by the video but hugely disappointed by the actual product. It's just so impractical as an everyday trash bin. The lid doesn't really get out of the way nicely when you try opening it, whether you pull it forward or tilt it back. If you want to use trash bags with it, there's no easy way to tuck the top of the bag in because of the handles. If anything falls into the outer bin when you remove the inner bin, it has little reinforcing fins that make it hard to clean. I wanted to return it but it was past the 30 day return period.
