As a patio heater it's more decorative than effective. I was hoping this would give off more heat so we could have a warmer area when we get out of the hot tub on a cold day. It doesn't do much but the times we tried it were really cold nights. It does look good however and for fifty bucks, which is much cheaper than I saw it on other sites, it is a nice addition to our "spa". This arrived quickly. It was well packaged and looks like good quality. This was my first time shopping on Shoppers and the experience was great.
