It's a smooth looking chair. The seat cushion feels soft & good enough. The head rest is a bit tall for me but since it's removable and can be tilt upwards it's not a big deal for me. The armrest with cushion in full arm length is so comfy. The manual didn't say much about the handle controls. It's pushing inward/outward to lock the tilt angle. I kept it in lock mode since it's much more quiet and stable. Overall I'm pretty happy with it.

Nice wide, comfy seat and a comfortable head rest. Took only 20 minutes to put together. I appreciate the lifting arms so that they don’t get stuck under my desk.

I built my chair in under an hour all by myself. It was my first time building a chair aswell so building it is actually easy. Shipping was under a week and comfort is amazing.
