Box arrived damaged. Both inner and outer boxes were pierced. Product itself not damaged. Shredder is much smaller than I expected. In the description I believe I read automatic which I interpreted as there was a hopper that would feed multiple sheet to be shredded. It does not have an automatic feed. I will keep it because it's too much trouble to package and ship back. Overall I'm disappointed with this purchase.
