It fits my Brother MFC-L3720CDW printer, however this new printer model can't reset toners, so you cannot replace chip on it to make the machine recognize the new toner as Brother's. If your printer broke, they can totally blame it on the third-party toner and refuse warranty for you. The printing quality from this toner is much worse than Brother's own toner: the letters are much less crisp, makes the laser printer's printing look like it's from cheap inkjet printer. I'm using it to print research papers and textbooks, so this is fine to me. If you want to use it to print important documents, my suggestion is likely no, the printing quality is a bit too low for my standard, get Brother's own toners instead.

I love these compatible toner cartridges. I have bought these twice before and they work well. We do a lot of printing at the office so love when I can save some money buying these.
