      the order was delivered to the wrong address.. 2 agents i dealt with were not sounding supportive at all... hoever I spoke to Veronica (hoping I got her name right) and she was able to refund me and help me put this behimd me... thanks to Veronica for helping me bring a closure but i wasted a week waiting for a product that I am still without and will now look elsewhere for it as I need it for the weekend.

        Product delivered with package broken and repacked. No invoice or manual inside. Do not know any parts missing or not.

        We have ordered 20 umbrellas and we only have received 11 plus 1 broken one
