You gave me the old stock Brother ORIGINAL BLACK TONER. I only ordered it last May 2, yet the ink is not so dark. It's almost consumed. I seldom use it for printing but it seems its getting out of ink now.. Not happy.

While the product is fine, my shopping experience wasn't . I wasn't informed that the product was out of stock so it took over a week to come. This is not good when you are needing toner. I had to purchase elsewhere as I ran out. I likely won't be buying from you again.

Even if the drum is in the printer, it still gives me the message to change the drum. Not too keen for this drum.
