first one had some kind of moisture in both the bottle and the pump, don't know if it was from manufacturing or testing. Shopper+ was great and sent a replacement when I let them know. I am not sure what the "portion control" is, I thought it might allow variation of the spray pattern or quantity but does not have these features. Sprays fairly heavily compared to the aerosol sprayers.

It's a good quality sprayer but unlike others, the spray is very hard so the oil bounces off stuff and goes out of the pan (even the large one). If you spray it from a distance, then the spray is way too wide and it sprays all over the cooktop.
