At the "place Order" point in the process you might want to have a "return to ordering' if you've decided to add some more items to your cart but don't want to mix up the process and have to start completely over again. Otherwise great.

I had a problem trying to pay with PayPal. I tried 3 times and each time it said([we only deliver in Canada) I live in Port Hope, Ontario. The problem could be is that I didn`t sign on as a new customer, I`m not sure. Each time I saw pay with Paypal I click Paypal. I did try your live chat for help (texting) and talked to some called Kevin. His only suggestion was that I try paying with Visa. I told him that I wanted to use Paypal. He hung up. Thats not very good service. If the problem was because I didn`t sign up, maybe the error sign should say (you must sign in) in stead of (we only deliver in Canada) If it does say that I have to sing in as a new customer, then I did`t see it, sorry. I am trying for the third time to use your products. Some of the cartridges have been good, but other have not functioned properly. Some work for awhile and then suddenly quit printing. If these new ones give me trouble, I will have to find another place to shop. Pat Ammeter
