Tout était bien sauf la "Ship method" : Ça demande de faire un choix entre aller le chercher au Métro (ce qui est génial !!!) ou "been ship to your place" avec ton adresse inscrite... Dans l'encadré y'a nul part ou cliquer, pas de case à cocher, tu cliques sur les mots expliquant que ce sera au metro Crémazie mais y'a rien qui bouge... Comme le coût d'expédition était à $0,00 j'en ai déduit que ça avait fonctionné... Pas clair.

POOR SHOW by 123INK and by your supplier. Your compatible cartridges for my Brother printer aren't compatible as they are a bit to big. The door to the ink Cartridges will not shut properly which means that I have to hold it shut. I now have to re-buy the OEM cartridges and write of the old ones. Your website is a 4.5 / 5.

Hello, we noticed you had a 10% off coupon code available BUT it was not available for OEM cartridges for our two printers. It was extremely disappointing and we considered just going to the store to make our purchase. We spent over an hour trying to find out why the code wouldn't work to find out about the OEM specification. This makes us think twice about spending this time plus having to wait for shipping etc. when it is easier to go to the store and get personal help on a weekend which you do not have available.
