You forced me to buy toner when I shouldn't have to. It's great that you'll exchange/refund defective compatible toner cartridges. The only problem is, the defective ones have to be returned before you get the exchange. Like most people, I change cartridges when the one in the printer is empty; therefore, your exchange policy (return defective before customer gets replacement) would leave me without any ability to print at all for about a week, or more, as your shipping seems to be getting slower, and slower -- I remember the good old days when I could count on a delivery within 3 or so days.... I would suggest - for toner anyway - you move to the model used my many vendors, where they ship out replacement ASAP and give customer a few days after receipt to return defective with the option to bill the client if (s)he fails to comply.
