I had a very difficult time setting up my account and could not obtain a password using the email message that was sent to me. Also the email offered two suggestions to renew my PW but neither of these was successful. Aldo the email stated if these don't work "use the following PW". But none was supplied. Very frustrating. Finally I called the help desk. It took two tries as the first time the wait became too long and I lost patience. The second try was reasonable and the person was very helpful
