We had to wait a long time for our previous order to arrive. When I called to check on the order, the girl said she didn't have one of the cartridges in stock. I think they should email you if they cannot fill the order, as we usually need them ASAP. So, I ordered the one she did not have in stock from another company. Then when you sent my order, you did have both cartridges. I ended up with two of the same. Usually, we are happy with your service. The other company, however, doesn't charge us shipping costs.
