The way that the site navigates you away from the page that you were previously on when you purchase something in order to update your cart is kind of annoying, as was the fact that clicking on any deals opened up a new window. Prices are good and so are descriptions, but site navigation could be much improved.

I am a repeat customer for printer inks because I always receive what I was expecting - no surprises. I also stick to the OEM inks, because they perform as expected and will no damage the print head nozzles - quite a bit more expensive, though.
