Giving this survery before the item is actually shipped out, and received by the buyer, seems a little premature to me. I think it would have been better to simply ask the buyer at this stage if he or she would be willing to complete a survey after the item was received and tested. After all, how will I know how my experience is until I get a chance to use (in this case a cable) what I've bought and paid for? That is why I am only giving a rating of 3 at this point, because I have no way of knowing if the product will turn out to be what I ordered, how much I like it, how quickly you shipped it out and how long it took for me to receive it. All those factors cannot be taken into account at this stage of the process. Hope this helps. Thanks.
