When I add an item to my shopping Cart, I am returned to the main menu. This is not a good move. The customer should be returned back to the same screen where he ordered that item from.

In the past I have ha dproblems using your ink on a Cannon printer. They claim that there is a deice that makes their cartridges the only ones usable. Is that correct - I now have a Cannon printer as well.

Missing Guam in the "State" dropdown (for the US) as well as AE. Was unable to pay in credit card. If you really _must_ use dropdowns for states, at least make sure you include all states and territories of a country.
