I was set to give a 5 but then I decided to have someone from your company confirm that I ordered the correct cartridge. One simple question and I gave up after 12minutes. Your site needs some improvement. I could not see on the packaging if the cartridge I wanted was for a laser printer and could not see the compatible printers. Well, maybe if I had a huge huge magnifying glass-my magnifying glass was not good enough and I do have good eyesight. I appreciate the reviews and looked at them closely since a few years ago I used to buy from you but once got a cartridge for a colour printer and the colour was horrible so I am more cautious today and hope the cartridge is good.
