Exactly what I needed to get my printer working again. With my existing cartridge, I was having printing problems. Did not want to spend the large amount of dollars required to get a genuine HP cartridge just in case this did not resolve the problems. This compatible cartridge was much less expensive and worth the chance to see if the printing problem would go away. It did, and my printer is up and printing again.

We just received two cartridges -- I presume they'll be ok. But I was hoping for one of them to be free -- a message I sent you weeks ago about one of your cartridges being faulty was, I suppose, not seen.

Hello! The one we ordered most recently is great! Thank you. BUT -- the one we ordered prior -- a few months ago -- is still nearly full, but useless: I popped it in, started photocopying,...heard a snap, then a constant grating. I tried diff. things, but it is def. damaged. So... what do I do with it now?

Excellent toners, much cheaper than the originals, performs well.
