I have had a run of bad luck recently with your toner cartridges this one is one of them I put in the new cartridge and it said it was empty. I could feel by the weight that is had a full hopper of toner and your support folks had me jumping through hoops yet again suggesting the issue was with my printer so after days of back and fourth and hours wasted troubleshooting I drove down the street bought an oem drum and it is still working just fine. So I asked for them to send me out a new cartridge with a weigh-bill and RMA number to return my defective one (and I may have been a little shitty asking for a tested one this time because I was a little pissed at having to spend $130.00 at the local high margin computer store) Instead they emailed me a rma # and a postal label and didn't replace my cartridge and refunded my card for the one cartridge. This to me was indicating that they no longer wished to do business with me ..... I would love to hear your interpretation of that resolution ..... I am on the verge of launching a social media page in response to my displeasure of the way you make your clients troubleshoot your problems repeatedly... I have a printing tech background and I find your troubleshooting confusing and unnecessary and not one of them has led to a fault in my device.
I didn't use it, and I couldn't return it because I had opened the box. My printer broke down before I could use it and I decided to buy another brand. I explained this to you but you refused to take them back, so I'm out $170. Never will do business with you again.
