I have been ordering these laser toner cartridges for many years and I'm never disappointed. The quality is excellent and the delivery is fast & efficient. I only wish Shopperplus.ca or 123ink.ca would have recycling. I would gladly forfeit any "credit for return" in exchange for a pickup service. I hate throwing out the empty cartridges. Knowing that they were being recycled would only enhance my impression about this company!

J'ai acheté ce produit pour un ami. Ils doivent être satisfaits, car je n'ai pas eu de mauvaises nouvelles à ce sujet. Par contre, je vous ai écrit le 12 mai dernier. Voici une copie: Bonjour, Depuis plusieurs années, je me procure mes produits chez vous et j'en achète souvent aussi, pour mes amis. Je suis toujours très satisfait. J'ai 3 imprimantes, dont une une imprimante Canon Multifonction modèle MF4370dn. Le 14 mai 2013, J'ai commandé une nouvelle cartouche Canon 104 (0263B001),(commande no. 699361) que je gardais en réserve. J'ai dû l'utiliser dernièrement pour remplacer une cartouche vide, que j'avais commandée en 2011. Comme vous voyez, cette imprimante ne sert pas beaucoup pour l'impression. Elle sert à photocopier à l'occasion et surtout à numériser. Or voici que cette cartouche ne fonctionne pas bien. Il y a un problème d'engrenage. L'imprimante fait beaucoup de bruit lorsque je dois imprimer. On dirait le bruit d'un engrenage qui dérape. Je ne l'ai presque pas utilisée, car son poids est de 622 grammes, alors que neuve, cette cartouche pesait 706 grammes. Aussi, je vous demande s'il est possible de vous la retourner afin que vous me la remplaciez. Je vous remercie à l'avance de votre bienveillante collaboration. Did not work in my printer. After troubleshooting a return/refund was issued.

Good quality product and price. Will buy again.

The toner cartridges worked well at the beginning, but as printing went on, they started leaking toner onto the roller which then got printed onto the paper and dirtied the printer. I had to remove the cartridge, clean the roller as best I could and re-insert it and then clean the inside of the printer as well. It would only take 15 or 20 pages for it to happen again.
