I have used these cartridges for over two years now and I am VERY happy with them and the service I get from 123! I had ordered 8 of these cartridges recently and 7 of them had the same production code embossed on them. All were defective and I had thought it was my printer. I got a replacement printer from our I/T department and the cartridges would not work in this machine either. I contacted 123InkCartridges and they were promptly replaced with a new batch. The new ones were fine - it just ended up to be a bad batch that were manufactured. I will continue to purchase this product by all means. Thank you for good value for my dollars spent., KD

Received 2 units. Inserted first one and it would not seat securely (not click in). Tried the 2nd and it clicked in properly but I got the message that it was not original Canon cartridge. I removed and reinserted 4 times before it would work. Done 20 pages now and quality good. Will reserve final judgement after I see how many pages I get. I called about first cartridge but too much hassle proving the problem, and so I just discarded it. I have ordered more so I can check them out further and will review in a few weeks when I have done 200 pages

Best value on the market. Works well with our printer and the colours are vibrant and crisp. This is our second time ordering for this printer.
