Was just going to contact you regarding this toner. I have problems with it streaking and smudging. I had the same problem with this toner from another supplier. I tried 4 of them and none would work properly! It is the same manufacturer and it is only the cyan that is a problem?? Either the formula is wrong or it got frozen in transit! I am cleaning my machine after every use to keep the streaking and smudging ot a minimum. I hope you can fix this problem soon so I can reorder. Please let me know soon! TNX GEne

In trying to ensure that I find the right cartridge to sue with my printers, I have come across various challenges such as finding the wrong or incompatible cartridge. However with the HP C9731A New Compatible Cyan Toner Cartridge, I did not face the same situation given that it was compatible with most of the printers and I had an easy time setting it up. This meant that I did not face any challenges which would have deterred me from finishing any printing jobs that I ever had to deal with. With regards to its delivery time, I was happy that it reached me on time and that I did not have to wait for too long for that to happen.
