the 123 inkcartridges, black and colour are not compatible with my Dell v515w printer I bought one cartridge and it didn't work so I bought another and I still doesn"t work. So I now have 3 black and white and 2 colour cartridges that I paid for but to not work. Please advise me of what action you will takke to correct this and refund. I contacted Dell and theky are going to follow up on this situation. Marcel Blanchard

Good quality

It is the right ink cartridge but it won’t work. Saids it empty. Could you send me another one and a return slip for this one and I’ll sen d it back. Last time I ordered from you it was great. Maybe just a bad one.
