I have used many of these cartridges with NO problems until recently. I always keep extra cartridges ahead and that's a good thing as when replacing the Black cartridge (not shown in this review) It would not align or print well. I opened another new cartridge only to find a messy ,leaking and old looking cartridge inside. I was NOT impressed. I purchased a HP Black OEM last time. I contacted customer service and because I didn't have an invoice I got the run around. I haven't decided If I will purchase from 123 again. Not a happy customer.

I've been buying these ink cartridges and had some problem (my HP Officejet 6500 does not want to accept it , shows that the new remanufacturedcartridge is empty, though it is full), but I know it is not empty, so it is not a big deal. However, the latest remanufactured cartridges - even though they supposedly had "new chip" in them, my printer woul not want to accept them. Thrying over and over some of the colours were finally accepted. So the installation it is getting to be almost as frustrating as the price of buying genuine HP cartridge.

Cartridges work well and print quality is quite satisfactory.
