Thank you for this opportunity to review this product. First I would like to say your service and ease of online shopping is top level,equal to eBay, (I have been an on-line shopper for over 10 yrs.) Unfortunately, this 20 ftHDMI cable is again defective after I already returned 2 such cables. This is now 2 sets of cables costing me over $30.00. [1 x 20ft 22AWG CL2 High Speed HDMI® Cable With Ethernet - Black (Cab-6102) - $31.03 = $31.03] They are poorly designed and because of the heavy weight, due to the thickness, req'd for a 20ft. length, keep breaking down at the weakest point, being at the end going into the receiver. Please send me a return label and I will return these 2 items which only lasted a week before the heads(caps) came off. I am totally pleased with the people (Alice Cao, I think), I dealt with, but unfortunately the defective product has caused me much frustration.

Works fine but big and not very flexible. Still working after 1.5 years. However, I needed a second HDMI cable and I bought the model with an integrated amplifier. The cable is much more flexible. So I recommend cable with integrated amplifier.

I bought the 25'. Working with no problem. Beware quite a big cable.
