Product arrived as scheduled, however, box was damaged, but didn't affect the package inside. Installation was easy and the printer is performing better than new!. Will definitely buy again when required.

To be frank with you, I am very very disappointed. On March 21, 2014 (invoice 32890682), I bought 4 toner cartridges (black, cyan, yellow and magenta). The colors were not printing well i.e. was not accurate and spreading on the whole page. On April 4, 2014 (invoice 32901837), I bought the HP CE314A OEM Drum Unit (HP126A), color were more accurate but after a few days and since, whenever I print, there are blue spots on the left side of the sheet. I wonder if you can offer something. It seems I would have to get a whole clean up of my printer costing money. Consequently, I was thinking of saving money by using your products and it will cost me more money than expected. I am definitely not satisfied and very very disappointed. I would certainly like to hear from you. What would be your suggestion to fix the problem?
