This product is as good as the much more expensive brand name product. I saved $$ by purchasing the compatible Moustache cartridge instead of the brand name cartridge. Included with the Moustache cartridge was accurate and easy to understand replacement instructions, and I changed the new cartridge with no problems. The ink renders the same intensity and resolution as the brand name ;product that was included with the purchase of the printer.. I received the order within the next two business days, so no production lost in the interim. Previous to purchasing this laser printer, I had been using only inkjet printers and have relied on 123Ink for compatible inkjet cartridges for a good number of years. I am extremely pleased that I can also rely on 123Ink for laser products. This is a wonderful stress reliever for me as I am getting on in years and expect to do more shopping online with dependable companies.
