I have always been very satisfied with the quality of the products that you provide (In my case ink cartridges) but what is even more impressive is your service. My orders always arrive promptly but even before they arrive in my mail box I am kept well informed as to the delivery status of my order via email. Another impressive part of your delivery is your packaging which is so efficient. It may seem strange commenting on packaging that really should not have any impact on me as a customer - but it does. Any delivery that does not fit into my mail box requires that I have to pick it up at the post office myself - or if delivered by other means - may require that I pick it up at a warehouse. My orders just sit in my mail box waiting for me to collect them. If I do have have the odd question dealing with your company your staff have always looked after my enquities promptly and in a very courteous manner.
