My experience with the 2 products(colour and black cartridges) has been unsatisfactory. First of all, 1 cartridge had to be replaced. It wouldn't work at all. They are both incompatible with the printer., constantly giving error messages (printer busy, ink low, do alignment page, etc.) I have to deal with these error messages for every page I print and over-ride by clicking "continue printing" ,etc. Most unsatisfactory and no saving at all, just added waste and expense dealing with these factors.

This product works great. I was getting alligment errors and unknown errors when trying to print. It turned out to be a bad ink cartridge. Once these new ones installed everything starting work just fine.

Worked well and at a reasonable price.

I give 3 stars because although it took 3 weeks to have them and they were defective, the customer service was A1 and sorted it out for me.

Works great, printer sat unused for long time. Installed cartridges and working just fine.

Loaded and working as it should.
