I recently had to upgrade to Rogers Ignite, and their wireless ignite modem is pure trash. My tv boxes do not get a strong signal at all. So I installed a couple network drops in the house for the tv boxes, they feed back to this switch, and haven't had any issues sense. I am a huge fan of TPLink devices. I have this switch, a managed switch for the main networking devices in my home, and a TPLInk MIMO WAP.
