Hi guys I found a trick on how to use this, you will need to press hard on the paper and keep it level. hope it helps!

Very easy to use, convenient, children like very much, but no lid.

Sometimes with foaming, do not know the strength is not enough or the product quality problems.

NO COMMENTS! You buy this at your own risk, they claim is Japanese, well my wife is Japanese and I buy tons of things direct from Japan, they have very high quality on most things what they sell but those items are probably the lowest quality can be in Japan, so you get what you pay! The price is low so are quality. But many things wort buying from this company and I am their customer now for 10 years and will recommend them to everybody I know! Great and Friendly, Prompt, Quick Service! Staff are very polite, very honest company which is devoted to save you money!
