I have been ordering for a number o years now, and I have always been very satisfied with the products. The extras are nice too.

First time ordering this product and so far totally happy with their performance. I wanted to use them first before I posted a review. It is now November and they have been operating flawlessly since we installed them. We just re-ordered a 10 pack as it is a great value. The printer is running clean and a couple of routine head cleaning have done wonders. We printed a bunch of photos on both regular paper and glossy paper and both have come out great. Great product!

Easy to install, get annoying message (not real HP cartridgesj, not their fault, work well even with message

It wasn't compatible with my printer, I have to go through so much troubleshooting to see if there's a way around that, it may be my printer, but I think I may just get another printer.

I replaced all 3 colors as well as the black. After a couple of attempts in removing the cartridges and putting them back in all the color cartridges took except for the black. The black still isn’t printing. I called in to let them know. It is over 1 week and still have not heard back after I responded to their email asking for details.
