    I have received the product in good condition. I have not used it yet as I am still using the older toner.

      Ordered them as spare and have not tried them yet. We tried the other brand from you before. It was the Moustache Brand MTC-137. Too bad it was not very satisfactory because all the prints seemed to be extremely light and not sharp enough. We wish it was just that particular one; however, dare not try again. This time we ordered the Canon-137A and hope they will satisfy our basic requirement. We will comment in the future.

          Hopefully this batch is more reliable. Last batch 2 out of 12 were defective.

            I have been ordering this product for a few times and they're alright most of the time but lately in the last two batches, 3-4 out of 24 toners were not working properly.

              I've been ordering the same item for many times. The current order, I'm not sure about the quality. The previous order 3 out of 12 were defective.
