I suffer from hip and back pain due to scoliosis and this cushion helps to align my hips when I sit which has really helped decrease the pain and stiffness I would feel after sitting for long periods. Unlike a regular flat cushion, it forces you to sit a certain way which corrects your posture. The cushion is very comfortable and the cover is a soft flocked velvet. The cover is also removable so that you can wash it. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend to anyone who sits for long periods at a time.

Excellent product. I bought this hoping to relieve sciatic nerve pain, and it helped immensely to clear things up within days. Originally I thought it was perhaps a tad smaller than expected . . . but then I remembered it's actually just me that's a wee bit too big. I'll be buying a spare or two because now I'm spoiled (and apparently have become a fussbutt :)

This form-fitting memory foam seat cushion is fine in general but I bought it for a certain (unmentionable) medical condition based not on this product's description but of similar products' descriptions on another site, and be warned, IT IS NOT GOOD FOR THAT PARTICULAR (unmentionable) MEDICAL CONDITION. Just thought you should know. Otherwise satisfied with this item.

My back hurts less since I started using this seat cushion. It is firm enough to provide stability, yet it adapts to the shape of your body and releases spine pressure.

Very comfy....
