Pretty well built except for the squeakiness - I believe due to the tilt up hinge. Otherwise, been working well in the last fur months that I've had it

One of the screw socket was broken when I tried to fasten the screw. So I require for a part replacement.

I have had my desk for around a year. Now the desk has slowly stopped lowering to the original spot and I have keep my chair raised. Someone please help??

the desk is great except for one complaint. after assembling the desk, I started to hear a ticking noise from the left side. it has become quite annoying. I have contacted support and sent them email requests, however, I have not received much help yet. sadly my tabletop has been bolted in and if I need to replace one of the legs, I will have to reassemble everything. a bit disappointed.

Product is fine. Product page said it would ship in 3-5 days and instead it was a month before I received it. Had to message support multiple times to receive any information on the status of my order.

The motor is smooth and quiet. Materials look solid but the frame is wobbly even at lowest height.
