It arrived in a few days. A simple assembling was required after opening the box. In use it felt sturdy. My mother-in-law finds it easy to use and it provided good supports while walking. When she needs to wait around, she just turns around and sits on it like a chair. The hand brakes are easy to operate and works well. Handy and convenient! If may not replace a wheel chair if the user cannot walk well or gets tired very easily. The under the seat basket and pouch is handy for storage of purse and purchases.

I mostly use it indoors. It suits my needs. The wheels are very smooth when going over the little bumps and crevices at the elevator doors.

Liked it first, however both Brake handle popped out within a month. Although repairable, they continue to pop out, as the plastic holder where they slip into, is too weak and soft, thereby spreading apart and letting the handle pop out. Also, the backrest, which is round, consisting of foam rapped around a metal bar, will dig into your back when sitting for lengthy time, and thereby becomes uncomfortable. Could also be easier too steer, as the wheels don't readily turn for a weaker elderly person when pushing it forward. One wheel won't roll constantly. Tends to lock or jam, so am working on finding out why.

This walker is perfect . Sturdy and adjusted right. It’s well worth the price.
